The Next Stone

When you know you need to leave but can’t see how.

Maybe you've thought about leaving a hundred times.

And every time, you hit the same wall.

Where would I live?
How would I afford it?
How would I manage on my own?
How would I actually make this work?

Eventually, all of those unanswered questions can collapse into one conclusion: I can't leave.

But what if “I can't leave” doesn't mean there is no way — only that you cannot see the way from where you're standing?

Let me show you what you may not be able to see.

The Restoring Exit Capacity™ Framework

£28

A 20-page digital guide created to help you see beyond the resources, options and possibilities currently visible from where you're standing.

Why “I can't leave” may be describing your current capacity — not your future.

Why you may be asking move one to already contain the resources of move seven.

How a change in position can reveal resources, people and possibilities you couldn't see before.

Before you get started

Do I need to know what my next move is?

No. The entire premise of The Next Stone is that you may not be able to see your next move from where you currently are. You don't need to arrive with a plan.

Will this tell me exactly how to leave?

No. Your circumstances, resources and safety considerations are individual. The guide is designed to help you think differently about what may be possible, rather than prescribe a particular course of action.

What if I'm not ready to do anything yet?

Then you don't have to. You can read the guide without committing to a decision or taking action you’re not ready to take.

How will I receive it?

You'll receive it by email after purchase, which you can download and keep. Read it on your phone, tablet or computer, whenever you're ready.

A note on safety

The Next Stone cannot assess your individual circumstances or tell you whether or how to leave. Leaving or preparing to leave an abusive or controlling environment can be a particularly dangerous time.

If taking action could put you or someone else at risk, seeking specialist safety support before making any changes is important.

I've also created a free resource, Know Your Options, to help you explore some of the considerations involved in leaving.

Please remember that I'm not a domestic abuse specialist. This guide is informed by my own lived experience, and neither resource is a substitute for personalised advice, professional guidance or specialist safety planning.
