About Amy
Hi, I'm Amy.
I've spent my entire life noticing things that other people seemed to miss.
Patterns.
Contradictions.
The unspoken dynamics in relationships.
The gap between what people said and what they actually did.
For a long time, I thought everyone saw the world this way.
They didn't.
Growing up, that ability often left me feeling confused rather than empowered. I could sense what was happening around me, but I didn't yet have the language, safety or influence to make sense of it.
Only much later did I realise that what had felt like confusion was actually the beginning of the work I do today.
I don't think my work is about giving people answers.
I think it's about helping them see something they couldn't previously see.
I've found that the most profound change rarely begins with more information.
It begins with a different way of looking.
Whether I'm exploring trauma, identity, chronic illness, family systems or the nervous system, I'm usually asking the same question:
What's the pattern beneath the pattern?
That's the question I can't stop coming back to.
It's also the question that has shaped my own life.
My lived experience of trauma, neurodivergence and chronic illness didn't simply teach me resilience.
It taught me to look beneath the obvious.
To become curious about adaptation instead of judgement.
To wonder what a body, a behaviour or a relationship might be communicating rather than assuming it was random.
Over time, that curiosity became a way of seeing the world.
Homeopathy gave me one language for understanding patterns.
My own healing journey gave me another.
Writing, observation and lived experience gave me countless more.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of all of them.
I create writing, conversations and frameworks that help people recognise the invisible patterns shaping their lives.
I've found that once you can see clearly...
You rarely see the world in quite the same way again.
