Neurodivergent Identity Guide
“My body has been telling the truth all along.”
Welcome
I'm Amy Elizabeth, a Neurodivergent Identity Guide supporting clients internationally through online sessions.
I support neurodivergent women who grew up as the eldest daughter, parentified child or family emotional caretaker within dysfunctional, abusive, neglectful or emotionally immature family systems to move from self-abandonment to self-trust.
You may have been:
The one who held everything together.
The mediator.
The "strong" one.
The emotional support system for everyone else.
You learnt to scan rooms, anticipate needs, emotionally attune to everyone else and abandon yourself in order to stay safe.
Perhaps you've spent years in therapy, understand your patterns intellectually and know exactly where they come from- yet your body still lives as though the danger is happening now.
Understanding your story and feeling safe enough to stop surviving it are two very different things.
My work is ultimately about supporting you to become so connected to your body that you trust its signals and feel safe enough to let your intuition guide your life.
Often, what is missing is enough safety to recognise that your body has been telling the truth all along.
This is where my work begins…
My Approach
My work draws on a blend of:
Homeopathy
Reiki
Somatic Safety
Intuitive Guidance
These practices are woven together within my 1:1 work as a responsive, personalised process.
Each session is responsive to you, your body and what feels needed in the moment. Sometimes we stay with one approach and sometimes we gently weave several together.
Although the tools may differ, the thread running through all of my work is safety.
You do not need to understand any of these modalities.
I invite you to simply come as you are.
This work is for you if you’re tired of understanding everything intellectually, but not feeling safe or settled in your body.
